Our return policy allows customers to exercise their right of retraction within 30 days from the receipt of the product, regardless of the reason. To initiate a return, customers must notify our customer service. It's important to note that refusing delivery or not accepting a delivery does not constitute the use of the right of withdrawal.

When returning a product, it should be in unaltered condition, ideally in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for transport risks in the case of exchange or return. The cost of return freight is also borne by the customer.
